Please call us before ordering for shipping prices out of the continental US Before making a LED Sign, Cabinet Sign or other purchase/s from Jorge Sanchez D.B.A. @ Signs Plus or Paintingwiz.com (owned by A PAINTING WIZARD, INC.), please carefully read the following policies regarding purchases, order processing, returns, and customer privacy (Free shipping is available for promotional purchases, customers will be told which purchases have free shipping).ORDER POLICY1) Payment Methods All orders for LED Signs, Cabinet Signs and all other purchases must be paid in full at the time that an order is made. @ Signs Plus accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) through PayPal as well as PayPal as methods of payment.
2) Payment TermsYour credit card will be automatically charged once the order is made. Your billing address, phone number, and email address must be provided when the order is placed. Processed through PayPal.
3) Payment ConfirmationA confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address provided by you. Any changes made to an LED sign order after confirmation is made may be subject to additional fees and order processing delays.Shipping Policy1) Shipping MethodOnce the funds are made available to our PayPal account we will initiate the order and the shipping ASAP. All LED sign orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, by ground-shipping with a 3-5 day delivery time. @ Signs Plus or Paintingwiz.com cannot ensure proper carrier delivery time (via UPS or FedEx) and is not responsible for carrier delays so please allow ample delivery time. In most cases @ Signs Plus will deliver local orders physically. 2) Production and Shipping TimeIn most cases, LED Signs will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of when order is complete. If for any reason, an LED sign is out of stock, the customer will be notified within this time; Cabinet Signs have a production time of up to 2 weeks all other purchases have their own delivery schedules. All orders will be given processing information.Return Policy1) LED signs & Cabinet Signs. All return products must be in saleable condition if authorized to be returned and received by @ Signs Plus or Paintingwiz.com within 30 days from when the order was first made. These returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping and handling. Customers must first receive a return authorization from @ Signs Plus or Paintingwiz.com before any product can be returned. Any unauthorized return will be void of any credit or refund. The following is made in lieu of warranties & compliance, expressed or implied. Our only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective if not authorized for a return, refunds or credits however, are subject to authorization. Any possible return for credit or refund does not include Custom Programmable LED signs. All Custom programmable LED Sign & Cabinet Sign sales are final due to the cost in the customization of these types of signs.2) All other signs will be considered on a case by case basis...
3) Damage ClaimsCustomers must report all claims for breakage or damage of LED signs & Cabinet Signs immediately. All damage claims must be received by @ Signs Plus or Paintingwiz.com within 30 days of original purchase. In most events, @ Signs Plus or Paintingwiz.com will replace the damaged sign.
